Ah yes. Finally, i am starting a blog. What better time than when I am drinking with my brother on christmas day. We are watching movies on TV, and we felt pretty good about ourselves when we were watching trailer park boys. Their lives are pretty simple; living in a trailer park, going to jail for the hockey, quitting smoking with your young daughter and drinking booze outta the bottom of a 2L pop bottle.
We then changed it to Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. And we realize something when we look at all these young actors and actressess: What have we done with our lives. These kids are least 10 years younger than us and will have more money then we will ever touch. God, now this engineering degree might as well be a below average highschool diploma.
What if my mom put me into acting when i was a kid? maybe i would have been on a tv show? maybe i would have been famous? maybe by this time i would have been married to george clooney and we would be happily married and living in a cottage in france.
So the jist of this is that i will never watch a movie unless it is about the lower class society and have actors that are 30+ years of age.
Woo.
George Clooney lives near Lake Como in Italy, I think that beats the south of France anyday :P
